All sessions are 90 minutes in length.

The cost for one- on- one sessions is $150 including GST per session.

The cost for couples therapy sessions is $180 including GST per session.

Sessions always include a combination of psychotherapy and a variety of holistic body centred modalities outlined throughout the website. Thus the phrase "Holistic Psychotherapy"

In my experience, what I usually see working best is to think of the process as a learning of a new language of emotional, spiritual and physical health and wellbeing. Clients choose a variety of time-frame intervals to accomplish their goals, intentions and transformations but a common denominator for success is the initial 10 week foundational period. 10 weeks of weekly sessions is a good time frame interval to create a solid foundation for new skills, tools and awarenesses. The new awareness shoots are getting stronger and stronger by that time. Then we re-evalutate where we are.

A little bit about me!

I have been inspiring people to live more fully, speak more authentically, listen more attentively and fully embrace their life purpose since 1990. As a holistic psychotherapist, holistic practitioner and teacher, I have been working with clients and students to step into their personal greatness. I hold a master's degree in Educational Psychology; I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor, I am a registered Polarity Therapy Practitioner and teacher; I am a Reiki Master and a New Decision Therapy Practitioner and teacher. I am also actively working with Toronto Licensing in an advisory capacity regarding Holistic Practices in Toronto. I use this position as an opportunity to educate and advocate for my profession. I have taught at a number of locales including Centennial College in the Massage and Stress management programs. At Reaching Your Potential I have taught Polarity Therapy and privately I teach Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Reiki Mastery. I also teach New Decision Therapy.
