As always, I want to thank you for reading my newsletter, following me on FacebookTwitter and LinkedIn, and watching my YouTube videos. It’s gratifying to work at something that truly helps people and I love being connected with all of you as part of this community.

In addition to my upcoming  Ultimate Life/Balance Bootcamp coming up on November 2nd, I’d like to tell you about 2 talks that I’ll be doing this Monday. In the morning I’ll be doing a corporate lunch and learn at a company called Intact at noon. The talk is called “Radiant Relationship Rescue”.  I’ll be talking about: Dating in the modern world; how to spot a commitment- phobe; when it’s time to call it quits and 5 Steps to a healthy lasting relationship. This particular event is for company employees.

However, that same evening, on Monday October 27th, I’ll be doing a talk at Momondays Toronto which is open to the public. This is a great group that you should definitely check out. You can join the Facebook group here and why not come to the event which will be highly motivational!

My talk is titled:
Throw Mae a MaeWest: “Bad review… life lesson!”

It’s a fun title, and an even more important topic:

I am not what other people say or think about me!
“Sometimes life will put you in situations that will force you to learn and grow whether you want to or not. Feeling like a victim initially is normal. But don’t just stay there. Wake up and see the lessons around you. Take each left hook and harness the power of the moment. The harder the hit, the bigger the opportunity for transformation!”  VLF

With so many complications on the planet at the moment, not to mention our obsession with leading very busy lives, it is no surprise that many people are suffering from increased anxiety. Whether it is simple cabin fever or a complex anxiety disorder, anxiety can be a debilitating nightmare for many. The good news is there are ways to treat anxiety holistically, without drugs.
